Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FSD/User Stories). Analyse current processes and identify gaps/improvements. Coordinate with business, tech, QA, and operations teams. Create process flows, wireframes, and data mapping. Support UAT: test scenarios, defect tracking, validation. Ensure smooth implementation and post‑go‑live support. Maintain documentation and track project progress. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. Good knowledge of SDLC/Agile. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio/Draw.io. Good communication & stakeholder management. Optional: SQL, API understanding, BFSI domain knowledge. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering/Finance/IT; MBA preferred. 5–8 years of BA experience
